Steven B. Milburn, principal
Steve Milburn is a human services professional dedicated to assisting nonprofit organizations achieve better outcomes for their customers.  He has broad experience in education and the human services, including key leadership roles in state government and the nonprofit sector.
 
Steve characterizes himself as "...a recovering bureaucrat!" who is dutifully working his program to live a balanced, healthy life.  As part of his "giving back," he has dedicated himself to working with nonprofit organizations to assist them to focus their efforts on achieving improved outcomes for their customers. Steve believes that organizations too often view outcome accountability by counting 'how much' service they provided for their clients, but not 'how well' they delivered.  And they seldom get to the most important question of all: "Did it make any difference?"
